I think it is so nice that you work mobility into more and more of your workouts, because I am not a yogI and I would love to be more mobile. I love that I can get it all done, and the minibands are a great tool for both strength and mobility. Usually not a big fan of bands but they didn't roll on this one and I really felt them working. Great workout!
I'll admit mini bands are not my favorite, mostly because I often feel a step behind trying to get them in place! But I love how they work everything so differently from weights. Followed with 10 minute body weight fire. Whew.
