Of course she had to say BONUS MOVE 😢😅 But I have to say this was one of my favorites so far. Using the kettlebells and dumb bells to do certain moves. Gotta love Mondays!!! Thank you Amy 😊

Wow, wow, wow! That was quite challenging. It was (as always) worth it!
Absolutely loved this one! I was hanging tough until the last circuit. Phew, by that time I was almost toast. Had to modify the entire circuit, but looking forward to trying again and nailing all rounds. This was definitely one of my faves of the MetCon series.
AMRAP and Metcon what a combo, superchallenging, but in a great way!And the whole workout went so fast, did not realize till the end that my arms were shaking! :-))
