I absolutely love all of your pyramid workouts, they are my favorite because I feel like I can do the exercise because I know it's going to go up to 45 seconds and back down, for some reason it tricks my brain into thinking I can do it. I love your HITT and tabatta workouts as well. One question, my heartrate is up to high to go down on the floor in some of these where you are doing kettle bell swings or high intesity exercise and then right to floor work, is there any way you can show what I can do standing that would be comprable to what you are doing on the floor? Thank you so much! I LOVE your workouts!!!
