The February Day 4 – Active recovery – workout made me get through the whole 6 days. I don't remember the last time I worked out 6 days in a week. Feels so much better and stronger!!
So much fun! Intervals could have been great as I think some breaks were a little longer but I still definitely felt it. Thank you so much

This was brilliant , I especially liked the upper body moves & the bonus move. I was actually thinking it would be good fun to have a workout made up of your bonus moves for a day when I don’t want to take the workout to seriously.

SF – Sunday Fire! Challenge I haven't in a while. Actually my fav are HIIT strength with these various mobility and stretch moves. I enjoyed so much. Amazing amazing! Thank you. I should know it would be since it started with lunges. Thank you so much and to your husband too. Great team! Loved loved it!

Hard and just what I needed
I wish I caught this live sometimes, but it is still awesome. Thank you for a good one today!! My 3 yo joined me for a couple moves. Always fun to have a workout buddy.
I have just done the workout today and I’ve listened to many struggling with lunges. I have severe patella issues and I find that when lunging, do train tracks but I don’t bend my back leg much instead focusing on the front leg taking the weight. We do get told a lot to bend both knees but that can be an issue with arthritic problems especially when older. So do adapt it as long as the front knee doesn’t go beyond the toes you should find it easier. For me, I have to adapt everything because of spinal disorder and joint problems. Also good to start lunges without weights to get used to how it feels.
All caught up 😀 did the cardio shred and quick core yesterday since I had to work. Thank you so much for that lunge question that was super helpful for me!
