This was such a joy!:-))Long time since I last did a bodyweight workout, it was great fun and easier to get in a flow as with the kettlebell and dumbbells. And always the best start with the two cute little energetic ones!:-)) Thanks Amy!:-))

Love AMRAP, Love Bodyweight workouts. For me, bodyweight workouts are more challenging. I can lift lighter dumbbells or kettlebell but that's not possible with bodyweight 😅😅 Amy, please include more live workouts in your monthly calendar without extracting the 35-min. workout only. I have joined very few of your live workouts and they are so much fun! I can't join them now, So please include them more in the calendar. I love to hear the QA session at the end even when it's not live anymore. It's very informative and very helpful too. Thanks a ton Amy 🙏🏻💛💛💛

I love your videos I am a 63+yro grandmother that needed to get into better shape. You have provided great workouts that even elderly can follow. I started with your 10 minute routines and am proud to say I made it through this 20 minute routine without having to rest between. Thank you. May the universe bless you in every way.
I watch all your videos and love them! This one in specific, I felt like I was just getting into a move when we’d move onto another move. I couldn’t feel any burn because it just felt like moving from one move to the next and not really feeling the benefit of the moves.
