It was heart burning yet so much fun! I loved this 'Complex' format too. Yes, it does seem long at times but does go really fast. Since our focus is on the rep-count, we forget about the timer whether it's 4 or 5 mins. long. Thanks a lot Amy for another challenging but fun workout! 🤗🤗💛💛

I really appreciate that this hit so many different body parts, I just personally would have preferred if the back to basics built to the complex in each circuit as I found the first half too easy and almost died in the second half :P.

Love the complex workout, it is timed intervals, which go by very quick, but at the same time I go at my own pace, and this is just perfect! And yes I am feeling super sweaty now and SUPER STRONG, I will take that feeling with me for the rest of the day!:-)

I waited all week for this workout! I was so excited I almost did it early! It didn't disappoint either! I really loved the longer sets and the off set squats and side lunges. Love racking the kettlebell and moving around. Feeling strong!

I love these ones. I much prefer back to basics, my brain is too old to deal with compound moves sometimes. The no breaks really makes it feel like you are pushing yourself too.
If i could request one thing, it would be to separate upper, lower and core. So one day upper, one day lower, one day core, to really work the muscles. Not every upload, but just to give options. I find with full body i often struggle if i pushed myself the day before. Plus i hike around 15-20 miles a day, and my thighs sometimes need a break.

phew! sweating so much I have to squint through the sweat dripping into my eyes to comment AND I LOVE THAT! I'm an odd bird, according to friends, in that I don't sweat as much as they do. But this month's workouts have succeeded in getting me sweating as I work out. Thank you! I really like this complex design … it's more mentally challenging for me bc my muscles start to fatigue in a way that they don't necessarily do during quick HIIT and other standard workouts. I love the variety. I appreciate your workouts especially for how you'll sprinkle in new wrinkles or designs which get my brain working along with my body and muscles. I highly recommend this workout especially if you're looking for something a little different and more challenging than usual. Like #421
