Hi Amy! WOWIE! This was a burner–Holy Moly! Those slower moves, both up and down, with a 20# KB–Uh, WOW! Funny story–I was just mentioning to my hubbie last night that I think I need a heavier KB–Well, after this KB Burner workout, my 20#KB was enough–more than enough today! LOL 🙂 🙂 Thank You soooo much for your hard work!! OH–I ended my workout today with your 15 minutes Abs Express workout–Core totally tired now 😉 Love You!! XO-S

Hi Amy. I am a forty something woman who is woefully out of shape and overweight. A month ago I finally decided to do something about and committed myself to doing a 30 minute workout each day. I discovered your channel and really love your workouts. Since I am a beginner I am still working on building strength and stamina. I appreciate that you give modifications and encouragement to "be where you are today". It makes me feel successful just knowing I'm giving it my best effort. I will continue to tune in to your channel. Thank you for what you do.

Following these workouts nearly every single night and benefiting a lot from them (particularly the kettlebell ones). I'm not in particularly bad shape and in normal times have a fairly active job, but had got a bit out of shape over lockdown; with aid of these workouts I've dropped two stone since the end of August, and got stronger with it. I follow these because of the options and modifications, whereas some other workout channels can be kind of more "Look what I can do" than actually helping people. 🙂

Started working gout with Youtube 6 months ago and tried a lot of fitness instructors. Kept coming back for you Amy, until I found myself only searching for your name to work out with. Thank you so much, hope you will never stop making the workouts!
One thing I would gracefully like to ask you is to divide the workouts into some sort of category of resistance/ experience in writing above the video. So it is easier to choose between them without having to listen to the (kind and cute!) words at the beginning of each video in order to choose quickly. Like 'advanced' or 'beginner' and everything in between?

This was a great workout. I'm tired today and needed longer breaks between sets but glad I showed up. Thank you for the reminder in every video that as long as I showed up I'm successful. It definitely helps me feel proud of myself.

Hi Amy…love doing your kettlebell workouts…i am 55 and have been doing 1 a day for the past couple of months…i use from a 6kg to a 12kg for swings.
My hands had been feeling a bit stuff…do you recomend a daily kettlebell and do you think too much could cause this…i love doing these and much prefer them to single weights .. thank you in advance .. Gloria x😎
