Having been doing your routines now all through COVID because of no gyms…today I couldn't finish this one…not sure if this is a new YouTube thing but every five minutes through the routine YouTube was playing a set of ads…totally killing the vibe…if this is a thing that happens again…I'll be out…not sure why this time its never happened before…just needed to stop as it totally killed te workout…off for a run instead…love your workouts amy , they have literally saved me through the pandemic but you gotta stop hem doing this!!!!

Christmas gift to myself- starting this workout as planned today, even though I DID NOT WANT TO. Not even 10 minutes in and I'm getting my sweat on and so pleased I showed up for myself. One of my faves I keep coming back to again and again.
