Join me for this 35 Minute Dumbbell Superset HIIT Workout. In this workout we will work your entire body in supersets and break it down with some strength intervals and some HIIT intervals. If you have dumbbells in different weights that’s great – if not, just use what you have. Options for all fitness levels.

EQUIPMENT I’M USING TODAY
Workout Mat:
Dumbbells: I’m using 10, 12, and 15 pound dumbbells. (4.5 – 7 Kg)
Top: Target
Leggings: Fabletics
Shoes: APL

I’m a few days behind on the exercises so just completed this. But I’ve been naughty and have been indulging on chocolate lately so I Definitly feel slow and a big clumsy when I’m doing this exercise😒 tomorrow is a new day. Back on the eating well train 👍🏼
