I love this format and loved the new moves ALOT! Lately I've been asking myself if I'm too old for this?? Workouts are getting tougher! But I keep going and when I hear people younger then me complaining about how once they get on the floor or out of bed it's hard to get up, and I'm like what?? How can u not get up? And then I'm like oooh, thanks to Amy I don't know what that feels like! Lol

Loved the bonus move! Loved the plank knee jump so much I did two rounds! I also loved the side lunge pulse jump. I remember that from another older workout but I can't remember which one. Adding in the lil jumps and changes to the moves really worked my muscles. Great workout!
