Hi Amy OMG! This wad was So SO CHALLENGING but I LOVED IT. My favorite was the row with the leg lift and elevator. I would LOVE to do more of this format and YES! I enjoyed the BONUS!

Oh my! Both heartpumping and burn, that was challenging, but can´t believe how fast it went! Arms still shaking and sweaty all over. Awesome workout Amy, I am feeling so strong, because yes I did it!:-))

That was a tough one, I was tired going in to it and thought that I wouldn’t finish after the 1st circuit but I got 2nd wind and really enjoyed the challenge, thanks Amy for mixing it up!
