This is title "box & barre" I thought there were step box workouts and barre workouts. This is just free weights.
Gosh I wasn't even using weights and my arms were burning

This sure was challenging! I almost could not keep up but I hung in there!
I can’t stand kickboxing but this was more bearable with the weights – so thank you.
I didn’t care for most of this tho – I felt it was moving to fast so I couldn’t keep up and keep my form. I had to keep pausing/rewinding.

I thought at least today is recovery, so there will be no lunges. 😄 I was mistaken. Love when boxing is mixed in w something else.
And… I'm a day behind again… This was an unexpected workout but loved every second of it!
