I did a heavier weight workout before I did this… It was great to us the 3 # dumbbells and get some cardio Barre benefits too

I've been using your videos for about 2.5 years now. I always enjoy the boxing videos, but I think this is my favorite so far because of all the variety! I loved the addition of the weights, too. Thanks for another great (sweaty) workout!

This was a great workout, could really feel my core working. Loved the upper back and shoulder moves. Only thing for me is i usually wear shorts to workout and at the end im so sweaty so its hard to do workouts on my knees because i slide around lol

Barre workouts are always very challenging and tiring 🥵💦💦💦 the water break was short 😅 so for almost 39 mins. it was absolute hard work 💪 Thank you Amy!

Got to say this is my favorite workout yet! Any time I can do kick boxing I'm in plus the barre moves were so challenging! Love you at the end with your giggle only two more moves left and were done! You inspire me every day Amy! Thank you for all you do for us Tubers! I would love more of this type of format with no repeats!

I accidentally clicked on this when I was looking for "Box and Band" and this was the BEST accident ever! I have never done Barre and now I LOVE it, thank you Amy! Please make some more Barre combos, I loved having the Boxing intervals, the light weights, the no repeat, everything 🙂
