I think I'll do this today but using my kettlebell! x
I normally love Amy's videos but this one felt a little disorganized. The 20/10 format didn't feel like it left enough time to figure out the move before you were switching to the next and then moves kept changing. I burned a lot of cals trying to keep up, but not my favorite of hers.

I like the switch from using weights. I'm always amazed at what you can do with just your bodyweight! Toning, cardio, core and stretch – worked for me! And the bonus moves were fantastic! ☑️😀

I love Tabata intervals, especially cardio body weight. I have even started doing Tabata in the pool! My friends are loving it.

Loved it… full of sweat because of lots of ups & downs 😇 Your tabata workouts are always so much fun because instead of traditional way where there are 2 exercises for 4 mins., you give so much variety with those two moves that we get total body workout💪
