Great workout Amy! You have changed my body shape over a year from doing your workouts few times a week. If I cant do a particular move in a workout or find it tough then I just adapt to do another of your moves while you do that. Done so many of yours and they are great and flexible.Love them! 😊 your fab!

I feel like this could have been done in 20 minutes without all the false starts and stopping mid way to explain things. Frustrating workout.
To be honest, I've been really depressed lately and in some sort if rut. I usually work out every day, 4-6 days a week depending on my work schedule. But lately I just haven't felt like it. My boyfriend somehow motivated me to just do some sort of movement today (even if it was just for five minutes) but I ended up doing this work out (just to see how far I could get, I knew I wouldnt push myself too hard if I wasnt feeling it). I finished the entire work out sweaty and smelly but feeling much better. Thank you Amy for your videos! I've been following your channel for years now and I never go to anyone else but you for my workouts 😊

Did this for my day 17 of October 2021 Athelite. My ponytail is sweating. It moved fast and nothing complicated and my heart rate was way up! No repeats!
I decided to do your ladder with weights workout before this today and I was really feeling the upper body by the end in the best way! It was awesome to make the arms burn which is a challenge for me. I feel like I got an amazing full body workout with lots of upper body! Thank you
