That stretch at the end where you cross your leg over the other is one of my favorite stretches. Feels so good! I did love this format!

For someone with a recent small knee injury, this workout was perfect to feel like I was still working some muscles! I’m so thankful for these videos! They provide a perfect naptime workout while the kids rest 😊
