Loved this video! We want more! I really liked your kettlebell moves you brought into this one. I have one question/ comment…. do you ever remind us to stretch our quads? Do you have reasoning behind this? Is it too easy to cause knee injury when stretching? Once again thank you for getting us moving.

As Gandalf would say: "ah…Amy really is an amazing trainer, as I have said before. You can learn all that there is to know about her workout in a month, and yet after a hundred years she can still surprise you at a pinch!" ❤️❤️❤️

I kept seeing AMRAP and thought it must be some fancy piece of equipment!! But now I know what it means and gosh that was a toughie! Great format and just changing positions in the last set of exercises was tricky enough in itself! Thankyou as always Amy X

Got back into working out after a long stretch of inactivity due to a hectic unpredictable schedule and am so happy to be back. I am not nearly the same level of fitness I was when I stopped, but I am so happy to just be at it again and hoping to keep to it. My core is the one that probably took the biggest hit because I have diastasis recti, though I know with your workouts I will once again get it to be stronger!
