I love love these videos. Very easy to committ too with little equipment and just 45 mins a day. Question though…how accurate are calories burned? I keep track of all calories eaten and burned.

I love that you guys show a preview of most of your workouts! It lets me know if a workout might be too easy or too hard for me which could just make me too frustrated to finish. So far I haven’t stopped halfway.
