I'm so amazed, I was doing your workouts on the regular during the first lockdown early this year and remembered suffering gently and having kind of a hard time finishing the workout without feeling worn out and today was the first time I tried it again and it almost feels to easy…..like time used to pass so slowly but now this 40 mins went by like 10 !!!!

Truly a workout for me. I'm 78 and this is the first time I've done exercises on the floor in several years. I've been doing your low impact standing cardio workouts for over a year, having started with senior workouts. I'm very pleased that I'm getting stronger

Happy to have this lower body workout w/o dumbbell since my ankle injured. Hope the coaches have to remind people to drink water if need. It’s a good habit . They don’t seem thirsty at all.
