Just did the cardio HIIT, and felt like doing some yoga, and this yoga recovery was just perfect. Can't say it enough: I love the variety in your workouts, i can always find one that fits my day!:-)) Lots of love!:-))

Love this workout! I like the fluid mobility movements! Please do more of these during your week workouts! We don't do enough stretching and I agree with you about keeping still for yoga I cannot do it either. Really enjoy this workout! ❤️❤️🙌🙌

Not a fan of yoga. Like Amy said in the video her mind moves very fast so she does not do yoga a lot…..I am the same way. I would rather swing a kettlebell and sweat than do a thread the needle or pigeon pose. That being said…I gotta say that I really enjoyed this video. I am following her October 2021 Athlete to the letter so I did this workout on day 16. It felt good. She explains it all really well as she always does. I just needed a bit more so I did one of her standing ab work outs afterwards because I really thrive on sweat and burn and not stretch and breathe. I would absolutely do this again but probably immediately after a cardio or strength workout.

I loved this. I did it in the morning and then did standing cardio hiit in the afternoon. I love stretching and yoga and mobility but I also love to sweat and burn and primal yell my way through a tough strength workout. Thank You for providing us with a balanced calander otherwise I might forget too slow down and rest!

Girl this is soooo doable ,, anybody can recover anything, it's so damn near perfect workout that you WANT to do it!and madam Amy is so damn good at what she does,, she's so inviting,, you're glad she invited you!so don't be skerd ,she never bites( she's a sure delight)
