Really great workout! Love the new more complex movement for mobility in these workouts! My mind has to be activated as well 🙂
The curtsys had me a stumbling mess. I liked the mix of cardio and dumbell/ kettlebell In this workout, I just didn't like the long sets of lunges and squats, as I have lower back and knee problems. I also have done your workouts for about 6 months now and have recently had to start looking elsewhere for workouts because I have built a lot of lower strength but not enough upper body strength. I also didn't realize how core deficient I was either until I just took a 7 day Blogilates ab challenge. Your April Absolution built me up for awhile but then the focus was taken off in your following month challenges.I love your cardio workouts and some of your strength videos( using kettlebells mostly) and will continue to stick with those. Your older workouts are mainstays too.

Yes! Wow I was feeling it way more than usual! I had just gone out to dinner with the family beforehand so maybe that is why too! Lol But dang I was sweating and burning and even let out a few yells! Lol I really like the block workouts it feels like it will never end but then it does! What a great push.

Oh my! Quite challenging! But I hit pause when I needed. It went by so fast. Marvelous workout, format, sweat, moves. I did rewind on that side plank with rotation and despite watching it five times, I did something but not quite what needed. But it was a great move, I added bonus plank rotation. Thank you so so much! Feeling sweaty and amazing.

These block workouts are so challenging.
Starting basic and moving to those compound moves seem so natural. Doing the body weight first was like an extended warm up for the weights. I loved this workout. Would be happy to see more like it.

Amy, I am loving the six minute blocks of hard work. Please, even after the Sweat Challenge is done, continue these. It seems to be much more effective in making me feel like I am working hard. Sometimes the longer breaks, while may have a purpose, feels like valuable time lost. Thank you so much!

Thanks Amy, I usually shy away from body weight workouts, preferring the weight workouts. This was super, a bit of both and all I can say is, wow, good workout. I feel good.
