Every time I do kickboxing, I remember how much I love the ab work that goes along with it. I never noticed until I slowed it down and did it with intention. Thanks, Amy, for reminding us to do that. Great cardio and sweat fest.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this format. It was so fun but challenging . I ❤it because it works the whole body. PLEASE it more kickboxing in our calendar and YES i felt the intensity go up and done!😅
I always like kickboxing and miss going to the gym to hit the bags on cardio days, but this was just as fun and didn't need to leave my house or change out of my pjs to get it done 😅💪🙌 even keeping it low intensity i got my heart rate pumping, sweat is dripping everywhere and I am grateful Amy has made it so easy for me to stay consistent and workout everyday! You are the best 💜

This has to be one of the best workouts I've ever done with you. I used to take Taekwondo decades ago as a teen and this workout video you put together triggered some of that muscle memory (the sidekicks and front kicks). You have really good form too (needless to say) 🙂 I've taken kickboxing classes before (brutal stuff). Thank you for taking it easy (easier) on us. Phew!

Always love a kickboxing day. My lateral kicks are nowhere near as good as my front kicks, something to work on.
