Loved the combination of kettle bells and dumb bells
I loved the format! My heart rate was up from the very first circuit! I switched from dumbbells to kettlebell and used ankle weights – Yikes, the circuit with the dead bug was hard with the added weights! Great workout, Amy
I love feeling the ***Shred*** It went by so fast, I wonder if we could do four minute rounds, ha ha🤐

I didn't particularly love or hate this workout. It was just okay for me. It may have been effective for some people, just not for me, except for doing the slow core circuit. I used my kettlebell for most of the workout and liked the curtsy handoff in the beginning. The bonus round was a mixed up disaster for me. I couldn't remember what to do or what order- just an overly confusing mess for me. Did a lot of whatever I could remember to do. My Fitbit automatically tracked the workout as moderate activity supposedly burning 189 calories and earning 8 zone minutes. That was surprising to me because I thought I was a hot mess with some of these moves lol.
Thank you for challenging us every day in different ways! Really liked this format even though it was a burner.
