How big a muscle can get has alot to do with the ratio of tendon to muscle length. If you have alot of tendon your arm will have a large gap in between where your elbow begins and your bicep muscle begins when you flex. This will result in a smaller bicep. Same for the other body part that is a problem for many including myself, the calves. My calves are very high up next to my knee joint and the tendon ratio is much higher, I have small calves that don't grow no matter how strong I make them. And I've made them VERY strong.

Very strong lift @181 on the bench dude. I'm 230 and struggling with 275. my goal is to hit 315 for 3-5 reps. What can I do to help me reach my goal of 315 on the bench? Thanks.

Awesome video omar I started off benching 85 pounds 5 months ago and im doing 170 now so ive made a lot of gains from your videos thanks not to mention im only 15
Does anyone know or got any solution for why I shake alot in my heavy benches? I've been benching alot and have done pressing with dumbells aswell. I just tend to shake alot when pushing heavy bench, but.. is there anything I can improve to "fix" this? Check out my latest video from my Upper Strength workout and look at my 2nd and 3rd set for bench. Hope anyone got anything! Great lifts Omar!
