Matt, that’s excellent but listen to this, a member in our gym who weighs 82kg and he is 70 years of age, did a single deadlift pull for 260kg and make it look so easy, I think at this age it could be a world record! Instagram @cassmartin17, I think a video about this guy or arrange to meet and film the world strongest deadlift for his age would be awesome

Why not warm up with "light" weights THEN Go into the target weight you're trying to lift?
Than fry your reserves with the multiple steps. It's like some people who over-train and then DIE on competition day.
Progression has to be timed for optimum performance. Try reading The little black book of training wisdom
Till I read that book, I never realised that training HARD every session was such a WASTE, lol.

Now, I'm super chill even more.
Like no extra protein or supplements etc. or even "heavy" weights,
because when you know (what builds muscles), you know.

You're doing the deadlift wrong. What about your legs? You can't have them far apart. You should have them so that your legs are the same position as your shoulders. That's right position
