Ooh, this was such an awesome workout! I had to run a few times for lower weights and my brain got confused on a move, however I loved it! The new moves were great. Definitely a favorite for me! 😍
Thanks for this! I would love more isolated upper body and lower body days. A bit more attention to each muscle group if we have half an hour for upper and half an hour for lower 😊

I'm loving these workouts. So easy to fit into my day.
There were so many great moves in this workout! There were some that were new, like the front raise to a curl, then old favorites like windmills and Arnold presses. Really loved this one!!!
