Feet should be flexed in cradles for planks and other exercises on the floor.

I have been doing your May Day workouts faithfully and have been so happy that you make them so easy for people with a basic home gym except for this one, why would you do a TRX workout when the average person doing your workouts doesn't even have
one of these?
