This 32 minute workout uses one light set of dumbbells to strengthen, tighten and tone after pregnancy. Great for anyone in the postpartum period, and safe for after C-Section and Diastasis Recti (Ab Separation).

Thank you for this!! I have used your workouts for a while, but for the past year my low back pain has really limited my mobility. I know improving my core strength helps my back, but traditionally ab workouts make the pain worse. Also, being active helps keep the pain at bay, but the pain often keeps me from being as active as I would like. So I’ve been in this constant struggle. I don’t have a baby, but have found your postnatal workouts to be perfect for my current needs. You focus on the right core muscle & keep it gentle enough to keep the back pain away, but also manage to make me feel like I’m getting a decent workout!

I just finished the workout and I enjoyed it so so much! Thank you for making these kinds of exercises available to everyone! In the workout, I felt challenged for sure in my whole body and especially trying to engage my core for the DR but most of all I felt loved and cared for by you for every Mama, those with DR or just anyone who came across your videos. I come back to your workouts every time I am trying to get back into shape after having a baby. Just had my third about 6 weeks ago and wanted something safe, but challenging. I REALLY enjoy lifting weights and this is the perfect place to start getting back into it. I did this with 8 pound weights which was definitely burning, but felt great. This is one of my favorite workouts of yours yet! Thank you!

I can't thank you enough – this is the first video that has felt like I can work out with diastasis recti and feel like me again! The workout is great, the moves are in line with the physio I'm receiving and Amy makes it all so straight forward and clear. So glad I found this after months of feeling that I'd never find a suitable work out again. It was just perfect – I can't wait to check out your other videos 🙂
