Thank you Amy! I just discovered your workouts a few weeks ago and can already tell the difference. Do you have any nutrition tips for moms in their late 40s post-breastfeeding? I was so skinny when I was nursing, but two years later my body is curvier and it seems harder to get weight off. I've been supplementing more protein and rarely eat grains, but dang, maybe it's just my age??? Any ideas are welcome!

Amy's workouts are the only workouts that keep me in shape and toned. I dont know what it is but her kettlebell routines melt the fat off quickly it's like magic!! Dont get me wrong I'm cursing you out the entire time but its worth it in the end! Love you amy keep these videos coming!!! ❤❤😆 I use a 15lb kettlebell and workout 5x a week

This was a tough one 😅 I woke up so tired and didn't even want to work out this morning but I'm so proud of myself that I did it and my butt's going to look awesome for it.

Great lower body & core workout with elements of HIIT 🙂
By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.
