I keep coming back to this one…. I find the way we move amongst the different movements is perfect and the choice of lifts provides me the best workout. I try the other ones too.. but this is my favorite. Thank you Amy!
Have been doing this workout for 5 days in a row and I’m still sweating a bucket! My new favourite workout 🤩
Update:
Day 6 – This doesn’t get any easier….how am I sweating more than before?!
Day 7 – I’m convinced that this will never get easier…still sweating BUCKETS
Day 8 – Finished the entire workout 8x in a row. Is this supposed to make me stronger or burn fats?! I’m still feeling fat and weak :((
Day 9 – Still dying…
Day 10 – Tried a heavier dumbbell for the last few workouts and my arms are BURNING 🔥
Day 11 – Almost forgot to update today
Day 12 – Used the heavier set for more than 3/4 of the workout today….switched to the lighter one halfway during the tricep dips (ITS TOO HARD)
Day 13 – This still does not get any easier…
Day 14 – First day of my period today….got so difficult towards the end with my cramps 😭😭😭
Day 15 – 2nd day of period and I want to die…
Day 16 – 3rd day of period and I’m still sweating BUCKETS
Day 17 – Passed my driving license today so I’m feeling very motivated 🤩
Day 18 – STILL DYING
Day 19 – DONE FOR TODAY
Day 20 – can’t believe that I’ve done this for 20 days in a row
Day 21 – When should I stop doing this…
Day 22 – I actually did another workout yesterday but still prefer this so I’m back here 😂

Another great workout…All the isometric hold 🥵🥵 moves were hard. I wish I could see the modified versions of the holds for lunges. But I somehow managed by keeping the back leg somewhat straight 😅Would definitely love to do more of this format.Thanks a ton Amy 🙏🏻❤️
This is definitely one of my favorite ways to exercise! I love isolating a side and working the other and then putting them together! Terrific strength training! And, yes the hidden cardio here is awesome!
