Can’t do side planks and pull kills my shoulders. Don’t know how you do it w that injury. I just add in something else when it starts to hurt! Thanks for keeping us all going.

I loved this!! I feel like this was the hardest/longest 32 minute workout I have ever done! I am not sure if its the heavier weights or if I am just tired today, but that felt hard! I loved this format. Thank you!
