The buuuurn 🥵 that's a good one to save to see progression. I couldn't do the 50 seconds of the 2nd circuit but I did my best
I love the compound moves, and I really appreciate your reminders throughout the workouts – like keeping shoulders packed, weight in the front heel, etc. I need the reminders for good form!
Hi Amy! This format is AMAZING. It was TOUGH but I did it. Squat to lunge was a BURNER. I LOVED All of he circuits ❤ they were so CHALLENGING and much LOVE for the core!

FRESH FIRE 🔥 is a good way to describe this workout!! Awesome Pyramid style!! My favorites are the weighted kneel to squat and I loved the plank row while dropping the opposite Knee to the floor!! And of course the final final bonus move running in 4 to side plank. Heart pumping and invigorating!! Loved it!! 💓💪💥🔥🤩!!!!!

You just had to do that squat to lunch for the 50 second one! Ugh, killer!! But the good thing is that was the only one I struggled with. Loving all the new moves!
Well, a tough workout for Monday! Good thing I ate a lot of carbs this weekend! Lol

Love all your workouts. It would help me if there were not so many options. I get confused thinking about the different options and the the set is over. Simple is better for me. I do love half hours and a good mix of exercises.
