by YouTube Team

This is your BodyFit by Amy Cardio Conditioning workout! In this workout we are going to work on our cardio, our endurance conditioning, our hearts, and our lungs. We will hit a lot of muscle groups as we start with a base level move and then we will add that conditioning as we up the intensity. We’ll work on recovery, stamina, and we will work on getting those feel-good endorphins going. I’ll give you lots of different options so listen to your body and work to your level. Are you ready? Let’s do it!

Your are the master at workouts that keep the interest of anyone across the fitness spectrum. I needed to stay with the first move most of the time today, but that’s ok!!

Hey Amy that was a good cardio conditioning work just one problem though. I'm not trying to be a hater or "that" internet troll, but as of late I started to do your workouts on the Bowflex channel more. The reason why is because on your channel your background music is very distracting. Is there anyway that it could not be incorporated anymore. Once you added the loud background music that's when I switched to your workouts on the Bowflex channel. Sorry to be so critical

Hi Amy, I loved this. I like how you did the exercise three different ways. So helpful. Feeling energized after that one. Thank You

Thanks Amy! This is definitely my favorite non-weight workout. Reminds me of the plyometric type workouts I used to do Many years ago with a trainer when I was getting in shape for my first triathlon. But you made it even more fun with the three intensity levels. Love the no repeat as well. Thanks for keeping it fun & interesting for us!!!

I really liked this format – it went fast and I always like building on base moves. Thank you for reminding us that low impact doesn't always mean less intense. I have a small living room with a very creaky floor that doesn't allow me to do the full jacks or pop outs or other jumps even if I wanted to. Sometimes being limited in this way is frustrating, but your reminders that it's ok to "modify" are encouraging – I still am moving and end up sweaty and feeling better in the end. Thanks!

Amy, we did it, because you made us so. Sweaty and challenging. Like someone who doesn't like cardio so much neither kickboxing, you make it so appealing and fun. Talking us through, you are helping with good form. One of my friends asked me how can I workout watching you and be sure having a good form… So I said how you everything explain and I even don't have to watch, I just feel it. When I am not sure, I pause video, watch you and listen then try few times and then I go again. Thank you! Loved it!

SWEAT!! Had a big "whoop" at the end of that last move. Really liked the pyramid structure to keep heart rate up but still giving us a bit of break with early moves.

Could believe how much I felt this one in my back especially. It wasn't painful like I got injured but just sore from the mobility of doing probably the lunge+twist and skier series. I felt so accomplished after. Lol
