I was sick last week then on vacation so I couldnt do this so I did It today
I just got my second vaccine, I was feeling tired and my arm was sore…but I showed up. I picked this fab workout and I feel full of energy now!!!! Thanks Amy, loved this workout and format!❤
My goodness! I was so afraid of it (when I see cardio, emom or amrap I see red alert 😂).
But perfect length, cardio, anti-stress, fun and just as it was meant to be today on my schedule. So grateful! Thanks, loved it. (P.S. in Croatia is 37 C at the moment). Loved it. Surprised myself too.
I really liked the format of this. Very easy to follow but still challenging. I would have liked it to be a little longer though

I like the AMRAP format, but my only suggestion would be to not say which you are working, so it's easier to go at your own pace. When I know what you're on, it makes me naturally try to adjust my pace.

I used to hate kickboxing. “I can’t do it because I’m not coordinated enough “. This is true. But , I’m getting better. I burn soooo many calories and have grown to genuinely love your kickboxing routines. More please !!!! Thank you 😊

I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I especially loved how you listed out the exercises in advance so I could practice them a bit at first, and then follow you along. Even your stretch moves are so very diverse and fun.
I have watched and downloaded and also purchased a lot of low impact home workout videos and in my humble opinion the way how you teach is among the best in the world. Your workout video formats are easy to remember. I can learn from your videos, build them into my own routines and they are always original.

I’m not sure how I’ve missed this one but now that Ive found it it has gone on my favourites list, it was so much fun, especially the bonus round 💜 😅 I used every muscle in my body and worked up a sweat, it got rid of my headache too which was a bonus.
I liked the kickboxing AMRAP format! Keep them coming!
