I enjoyed this format. It was a nice change from the normal yoga and Pilates I usually do on my recovery days.

Wow! I am so glad I decided to give your August calendar a try. I absolutely loved the combination of moves and levels. At 61 and fairly active, it gave me a great workout (showed me how not exercising regularly makes a difference as you age!). I did like this style of cardio and stretching, because I need both and time for exercise is limited!
I especially love how you show up so real in this video, complete with pony adjustment and untied shoes. I’ve tried various workout videos in the past, and this is the best!! Thanks for getting us moving.

This was amazing! I’m following the calendar and this felt SO amazing after yesterday’s workout. Amy, I can’t thank you enough. You have completely changed my life. I’ve been working out with you for a little over two months and I can say it’s been a complete lifestyle change for me. I look forward to working out with you and it’s done so much for my mental health. I honestly can’t thank you enough. You are beyond talented at what you do and it’s a gift to us all!

I loved this workout! And I was able to get my heart rate to its peak level plus stretching. It was great. Would love to see more of these. And the time of 35 minutes was perfect in my hectic day.

Took a steady state 40 minute walk, then a 20 minute active recovery walk and finished with this. Great workout. Since this is my active rest day, I did not do any jumping. Thanks again Amy. My hips needed this.

This was a super great workout! I loved the pace and the mobility stretches! I sweat more than I though I would during active recovery, I loved it! Thank you, Amy!

I really enjoy this type of workout right now. I was diagnosed with lyme disease and mold toxicity and am going through a long detox (1 year) and I need to sweat every day but only for 30 min or so and not overdo it with my muscles otherwise i get a flare up and back track in my healing. I gained 25 lbs (inflammation only no change to diet and exercise) and was healthy before i got ill working out 5 days a week. I still feel like i am strengthening my body with these and lyme attacks joints so its good to focus on mobility while getting a GREAT sweat in.

Amy this was EXACTLY what I needed today. My body is sore from 2 days of weights and HIIT, and this workout totally hit the spot! Thank you!

This was excellent and I finally started actually doing this last week. This left me feeling a little sore since I’m out of shape and haven’t been exercising regularly in a while. Thanks 😊 please do more of these kinds of workouts.

LOVE this. I was very adamant with myself today that I would take an actual rest day after a couple of hard weeks- but my focus and energy levels were tanking and I remembered this one coming out a few weeks ago. SO glad I did this- it was active and got my heart pumping but without the strain on my muscles that I was trying to avoid. And I LOVE the hip openers. THANK YOU, AMY!

5 months later and this is still a go-to for the exact reasons you say at the end- I want to keep moving, but my body needs a rest from the more intense or heavy workouts. This fits the bill perfectly!
