not sure why people bounce the weight off the chest..that actually makes the press much easier..i don't see people bouncing dumbbells off the chest. i'm not saying it's wrong to bench like that because people can do it any way they want..i'm just saying…..why bounce weights off body parts.

Nice form and reps. I am about where you are (190', but 51 yr old). Curious what you could do with one of my bench workouts…. 185×40, 205×24, 225×18, 245×12, 265×8, 284×4, 305×2, 325×1, 185×21 = 140 reps total.

benched 315 twice today easy. 5'7 and weigh 215 I'm natural and pretty jacked at the moment and not fat. my training is a mix of strength and size training so I'm pretty big (18 inch arms) but also strong as hell. also been working out for 4 years so that's a big factor. video coming Thursday
