not sure why people bounce the weight off the chest..that actually makes the press much easier..i don't see people bouncing dumbbells off the chest. i'm not saying it's wrong to bench like that because people can do it any way they want..i'm just saying…..why bounce weights off body parts.

+Omarlsur hey, what are some alternative to the floor press if ur gym doesnt have a rack to set up a floor press? also are those the only 4 exercise you do on ur push day to help increase ur bench?

Nice form and reps. I am about where you are (190', but 51 yr old). Curious what you could do with one of my bench workouts…. 185×40, 205×24, 225×18, 245×12, 265×8, 284×4, 305×2, 325×1, 185×21 = 140 reps total.

benched 315 twice today easy. 5'7 and weigh 215 I'm natural and pretty jacked at the moment and not fat. my training is a mix of strength and size training so I'm pretty big (18 inch arms) but also strong as hell. also been working out for 4 years so that's a big factor. video coming Thursday

I’ve always been told that when you do floor press you shouldn’t let your elbows touch the ground? But in he video he kept resting his elbows alittle on the ground.
