Will I gain fat from eating 3000+ calories a day from a rest week and not training?
A lot of you ask me about training frequency and how long we should rest for. This really depends on the individual but if you are training intensely 4 times a week or more and are deciding to integrate this as part of your lifestyle for the foreseeable future then I recommend taking breaks longer than just a couple of days. Listen to your body for signs of fatigue (constant tiredness, lack of motivation, lack of concentration, decrease in productivity at work, getting ill etc.).
I try to take at least 3 dedicated rest weeks during the year with lighter weeks in between too to keep progressing in training and not feel like my life is owned by working out all the time so this was one of my weeks off enjoying all the food and the sights (: Hope you enjoy!

I’m not sure why you don’t have wayyyyy more subscribers than you do now! You’re super inspirational and I love that you model sustainability. I find myself often riddled with guilt when I indulge a little and take a rest day. Your content is helping to alleviate that and normalizing those feelings as well. I hope to get to the point you’re at in terms of not stressing over rest days and cheat days as stress can create hormonal imbalances that provoke us to hang on to fat. Thanks for what you do!

Would this work for around 2 weeks? I’m going to Italy this summer and won’t have access to the gym and it would be hard to track all of the calories.

Is okay if i have cheat day 1 times every 2 weeks? About 3000-4000 Calories its 2 times in 1 month and i still losing weight and i want have stable weight 🙁 and eating normal about 1700 Calories per day and have 5/6 times exercises about 1 hour
