I hope I can get a reply hasfit , how long of a rest should I take in between these sets and also how many times a week should we realistically do this ? 2-3 d times a week is enough for the muscles to rest ??

frankly speaking my pace is so much much slower I feel ashamed when he did 20 curls and I STRUGGLE to do 5 or when he said come on 15 left and i took a rest XD
