I used a paper tissue (like kleenex) for gliding 🙂 Thank you Jessica and Peanut!

Wow, that was tough! Whew, by the way, the paper plate makes a great fan for cooling down afterwards😆

Love this one. It was the second time to do this and it was great. I am travelling over the holidays and as it is trekking everything I pack needs to be carried so I shall definitely be packing my resistance band. This one is great for a hotel room or Tea House. Thanks Jessica.

Awesome workout. It’s been 10months since my shoulder surgery for extremely frozen shoulder and this was the ticket. No pain in the joint! Nice bit of cardio too.

My first time trying this Cardio + Strength Circuit although I think that it would have been more strength if I had used weights. I was on rug, so my styrofoam plates kept getting stuck on the carpet and they got holes in them. Also, I didn't feel as though my cardio was up as much as it could have been! Good for a lighter day!

I did this workout as day 3, round 2 of Core Week. I've done it before, but it's been awhile, so it was nice to feel that I've made progress–although I'm still sweating like mad! Apparently, I'm stronger than I realize because the band I was using snapped about halfway through the workout, and I had to switch to another band that has a lower resistance level. This is a unique and challenging workout!

Just started Healthy for the Holidays yesterday, and this was Day 2. Never thought an exercise band could work me so hard – my arms feel like wet noodles right now! Great workout!!

Two in one workout! I cleaned the floor while I was working out. However, since i had an injury last year, the latter exercises with the towel, I modified because I didn't want to slip and cause another injury.

Thank you, Jessica and Peanut for your time and energy. A wonderful gift to myself today. Indeed life can throw us challenges but we can choose how to respond to them. : ) I'm choosing to stay fit, happy and healthy for 2021 and build my resilience to deal with whatever the year may bring. We've got this! Stay strong! xXx

That workout ended just in time! It was hard, especially the sliding stuff – but I did it!! Beginners, if this is your first workout, know that this one is hard, but just go slower. Makes me feel good that I finished! 2nd time trying!!
