I was not the biggest fan of this workout because I like the more active, active recovery workouts but my body certainly feels great! My hips are stretched and back feels much better since it has been tight the last couple days. It may not have been what I wanted but it was what my body needed today. Thanks, Amy!!

I loved this workout! Super gentle on my body and helped it "heal" after those tough workouts earlier during the week. This way I'm ready to go for the next one. My body feels ready to push myself even further , getting closer to getting those results.

This mobility flow was just what I needed today. I kept it at the lower intensity level, as I needed mobility, flexibility and stretch today as opposed to cardio. Wonderful opener and feeling terrific!! 😌💗

I so needed this today. Have been doing a lot more body weight workouts lately because my scoliosis is really aggravating me so stretching helps tremendously. Weights seem to just make it angry. Thank you Amy for doing what you do
