H6 jonna plz make a video for belly fat. Which should be highly recommend for mother with 5 children, and also for knee gap trouble, no one make any video for knee gap patient.
Jonna plz exercise rap for knee patient who doesn't jump, but these types of people always trouble with high weight
Dr ask that doesn't jump and don't fold the leg .but loss your weight by dieting and it isn't possible. Plz plz help and work for such type of people like me. No video on YouTube for fat person with knee gapp problem.
I‘m overweight (need to loose at least 15kg, would want to loose 20-30kg) and recently started doing your 20 minute low impact workout for overweight people. Today I tried this one and man, that kiiiiilled me!!! But I pulled through it, I‘m a puddle of sweat, but I‘m proud! Thanks for your workouts, Joanna! This is the first time I‘m enjoying working out and this time I really believe I can make myself not only slimmer, but also healthier and fitter!
