This is an awesome workout! I am a runner/swimmer and have fairly strong legs…and I was soo sore (the good type of sore!!) starting the evening after I did this workout. I was so happy that this really works and I plan to do it frequently!
Why would you put an ad right in the middle of a workout video?
I think this might be my new favourite full body workout. Was doing popsugar X ToneItUp 25min workout. But this was great glad tryed new routine. Love that it repeat 3 times one set. Worked on balance you could set your own speed and option to add weights later.
