Could do without the racism… I mean seriously, Jenna spent half the video imitating Black women's voices. Can't exactly get a good workout in when I'm focusing on how insulting the lead trainer is being. Decent cardio burn, but I'd rather find that elsewhere to avoid this commentary.

Mixed review — Loved: the workout itself was excellent; loved that it was standing, and great combination of returning to/building on old moves while continuously mixing it up to keep the flow surprising. Also loved her goofy energy and the many nerdy 90s references. However, did not love the trainer often dropping into AAVE (and occasionally NY Jewish accent — although maybe she is Jewish herself, I have no idea). This was distracting and made me uncomfortable.

Felt this was okay. I don’t consider myself advanced at all but felt the repetitive moves made it kind of boring. I appreciate the intention to make this fun, however I felt the chatter between them was a bit much & distracting (not in the best way). I also find it really helpful when the trainer counts down or let’s me know how much is left of the rep to keep my pushing, otherwise I find myself giving up too early.

Since I have a upper body injury this was the workout I was looking for. The variety of moves are really good and the video is clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately the one big issue with this video is Jenna , she jokes around way too much and is very distracting. I would watch the class again, but would choose to do it muted.
