How are you supposed to do this with 10 ads?
Pro Tip: use time bar to make it all the way to the end of the video. Wait til it loands and video ends. Then come back to begging, this way you have no ads while you're watching
I liked this practice and this instructor and would be happy to do more of her videos, however I’d love for PopSugar Fitness to please consider skipping background music and mid roll ads in future yin yoga videos—both make it difficult to remain focused and relaxed.

The practice left me feeling calm and relaxed, as advertised — but the music did not. Very odd pairing.

I enjoyed this class, most of all I appreciated that while you're very calm, you didn't use that annoying breathy tone so many yoga instructors use. And you are probably one of the rare people that doesn't end with "Om" or any other misused Sanskrit terms!
Great follow up to Jake DuPree's class! Loved the flow and I was able to release a lot of tension in pigeon pose, which is quite surprising because this pose is always a crapshoot! Thank you so much Phyllicia and PS ❤️
