With this COVID19 quarantine, I need an alternative to hot yoga and the gym….so here I am, on the mat in my living room with our dogs. Thanks, Sean, love this session!

I stumbled onto this video while on stay-at-home status due to Covid19. I enjoyed this flow, the sweet dog, the view and Sean’s humor. Much needed at this stressful time. Thank you for sharing. 🙏

My dream with yoga is to stay healthy and be able to enjoy exercise and hiking without worrying about my knee or other joints. I do enjoy these videos these days and I'd like to continue this for at least a few more decades.

Great work out new to yoga but loving this. I'm trying to be mindful of a lower herniated disc which I'm manging so a couple of moves I'm sitting out. Thanks

I do yoga for balance and flexibility. When I was 55 I could no longer stand on one foot to put on my socks. I have been doing yoga for 12 years and able to put on socks for 11 years. Yeah!! Enjoyed the speed of this flow. Thank you

Hi Sean. This is one of my regular workouts on lockdown in India. I've been doing weight lifting until now… gym is closed. Your yoga classes are helping fix some long standing issues with my hip flexors and flexibility in general. I am in much better shape since I started following you in April (I'm 60)
THANKS!!!

Thanks for a great stretch. I want to ask Addie why dogs love the 'downward dog'. My girls also always wait for that to come for kisses and cuddles. Tree is also usually a hit.

I didnt die but there was a few things my body just could not do. Specifically the hands reaching behind back between the legs was one. Then you stood up on one leg. I couldn't do it. So I watched and dreamed of the day I might. I'm 47 and never been much into any of this. My reason for doing this is to gain flexibility and to be healthy so I can live longer and maintain my weightloss of 100 lbs. I still have some weight to lose but my focus mainly now is strengthing.

Hi Sean -you’re a trip! That was awesome _ such a refreshing change from the other channels telling me to “be grateful” all the time!!! Please please please move your ads to the beginning or end of the practice – it really disrupts the flow when the annoying breaks happen in between: I’m 52 years old – still very active – every morning I start with yoga to put myself in the tight frame of mind for the day and maintain strength in my workout. Keep up the awesome work! Thank you.
