This workout is great for anyone in the postpartum phase (whether you had your baby weeks ago or years ago) as long as you have doctor’s clearance for exercise after pregnancy. Hi, I'm 4yrs postpartum and have a little c-section pooch,11/2 finger diastis,and a pencil size hernia. I have struggled to find the correct exercises to loose the weight and get my abs strengthened. Can you please help? I'm tired of feeling defeated and like theres no hope.
Great workout! Could you make another longer (40 minutes?) body weight (no equipment) full body circuit workout please?!?!
Can I do this if I have prolapse?
