This is your BodyFit by Amy 30 Minute Post Pregnancy Bodyweight workout. This workout is for anyone who has been through a pregnancy and wants to heal, and strengthen, and reconnect with their body after that time. In this workout we will only focus on you and your body. We won’t be talking about anything else. You don’t need any equipment, just some space to move, and i will give you lots of options.
