This was awesome….I couldn’t do the roll ups because of my diastasis so I modified and did crunches then reverse crunches. Love tabata and actually do enjoy Pilates now. Thank you Amy for another amazing workout

That was a great Pilates workout, the time flew by, but a few hours later my arms are aching- I think it was those tricep cobra push-ups.
The only problem I have now is deciding which workout to do each day because my favourites list is soooooo long!!!

I absolutely LOVED this workout, definitely in my top five favorites! I really enjoy the Pilates & Yoga fusion with Tabata in particular. I'll have to go try the Pilates pyramid next. I work a really emotionally taxing job and this is my favorite way to unwind and keep my wellness up.
