this was good! i was thinking there were more dumbell moves, but I still enjoyed it!
I am not going to lie; before the workout started I was like: I don't feel like doing weights today …but I started the video anyways and because you started with the calm music I thought well maybe this workout won't be too hard and I kept going and actually grabbed heavier weights today. I defeated my lazy mind and ended up working harder 💪🏼. Thank you Amy! I enjoyed this workout so much.

I wasn’t that motivated today for some reason, but I showed up and did the entire workout! It was great!
Omg Amy, this workout has everything for the full body in it, including my favorite… Kettlebell Swings!! The HIIT format is also, always my favorite!! And, without even realizing it, my heart rate went up especially with the heavier weights, and the mountain climbers! Well, I think that you can tell, I loved it!!! 💥🔥💦👏🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

Great DB workout! It wiped me out lol I needed a tough workout because I needed to push my body harder & my new 15lb DB i got made the workout harder 💪 😅

I am enjoying Amy's 30 minute workouts! Although, the frequent reminders that workout is going fast or going to go by fast, make it feel even longer! haha. Love Amy's guidance and enthusiasm though!
So fast and 💨 its done!! Workouts like these with the sneaky core is really what helped solve my constant back pain. Its true that the core matters when back issues are an issue. Great that the core isnt always isolated but every exercise plays in to it! Thanks Amy so good !!!

Hi Amy! OMg this was a AMAZING format. I was out of breath and sweating my butt off. This workout was CHALLENGING and TOUGH for me today but I kept going like u said because iam working hard and didn’t quit. Thank-U AMY!

Sorry, but mountain climbers again?! They were just in your workout yesterday. I think I will take a pass on this workout and find another workout without some of those same lower body/core moves. I'm still sore from your workout yesterday.
