Hi! Love your workouts. What’s your guidance as far as when to wear shoes vs when it’s ok to be barefoot? I tend to prefer being barefoot but not sure if there are certain workouts I should avoid being barefoot for. Thanks!!

I looked back to what we did in December and loved this. Because there’s some days I’m waiting for a new upload and you may change a day from say friday to Saturday, I’ve decided to look back and do the whole of December again 😁 I loved that period of last year. Really pumped me through that last month of healthy eating then I felt totally at ease with eating whatever the hell I wanted at Christmas 😀

Did this as a bonus today after cardio challenge and I was sweating. Love this workout looks simple but definitely gets the heart pumping and muscles working. Love repeating moves. Thank You for always giving us clear instructions and teaching us proper form. The reminders definitely keep me focused and safe.
